Body Types

Ladies

L Type

Bigger On Top - Your chest circumference is larger than your waist and hips. Dresses and button down shirts are probably hard to buy – if they fit in the chest they are more than likely to big in the middle.

A Type

Bigger On Bottom - You tend to carry more of your weight in your hips and/or booty. Finding a pair of pants that are actually comfortable and flattering seems virtually impossible.

D Type

Full in the Middle - Basically, your waist is larger than your hips and you might have a little muffin top (roll over your waistline). Shopping for your bottom half can be very frustrating.

E Type

Straight - There is little difference between the size of your chest, waist and hips. Some people (not us) refer to this as boyish or rectangular.

U Type

Thin Framed – OK you are skinny. You probably wear a 28 or 30 waist and quite frankly I am jealous.

D Type

Barrell Guy – You guys carry your weight in your chest area and you should stick it out proudly. Buying shirts might be a little difficult to get the right fit across the top without being huge everywhere else.

M Type

Full in the Middle – Well, some might call it a beer belly but I like to say you have a lot to love on! My kids would say you have a belly like a bowl full of jelly. So you are a little more full in the tummy area – who cares, life is short.

A Type

Bigger on Bottom – You carry your weight more in your hips and on your sides. Buying pants probably is about as much fun as watching your favorite team lose the championship game.
